Nearing the end of the five day
committal hearing in Brisbane's Police Court where Detective Sub-Inspector
Frank Bischof prosecuted. Every morning the Magistrate read
out the charge of 'wilful murder'. Every day our grandfather firmly
answered, 'Not guilty, Your Worship'.
